Warboys - Huntingdonshire 

Situated within Huntingdonshire LPA and the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Claylands NCA, the site is the first phase of our plans to bring forward a larger area for biodiversity uplift of over 200 acres. Just a few miles from Huntingdon, St Ives and close to settlements at Warboys and Ramsey. Ideally placed to mitigate development in the surrounding area.

Old Linslade – Leighton Buzzard

Located in the village of Old Linslade, overlooking the 11th Century Church and only 1 mile from central Leighton Buzzard, within Bedfordshire LPA, Bedfordshire Greensand Ridge NCA and Bedfordshire LNRS.

The land forms a parcel of arable land extending to over 200 acres adjacent to the River Ouzel Water Meadows and close to the Rushmere Country Park

Located within Dacorum Local Authority and The Chilterns NCA, the site extends to 70 acres and is located only 3 miles from Hemel Hempstead. The land is ideally placed to mitigate development throughout Dacorum and the wider Chiltern area.
